Please allow 1-2 weeks for production and shipping! Our shorts and pants are made to order (printed, cut and sewn in small batches) from a production facility that is committed to ensuring ethical and fair-labor practices.
At this time, we are not offering size exchanges for shorts or pants. For any returns, please email Superbloom as soon as you have your issue so we can understand the issue and submit a problem report to the production facility. Once we have submitted a problem report, Superbloom will ensure that you have the necessary info and address for submitting a return.
returns / damages
Misprinted - If you notice a misprint, damage, or defect issue on your item when it arrives, contact Superbloom ASAP (superbloomshop@gmail.com) with photos so that we may submit a problem report.
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date.
wrong address / unclaimed
Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to the production facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to the facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment.
